The Brink Lounge Annual holiday concert! This year the show will benefit LITTLE JOHN'S. Common Chord presents originals and custom arrangements of covers, using full harmonies and a variety of instruments (guitars, bass, fiddle, clarinet, mandolin and more). This show will feature lots of holiday-themed material. Special guests Paul Heinecke and Ruth Heinecke (trumpet and piano) will add to the festivities! Rex's Innkeeper DETAILS...Duo Top Shelf (another project of Common Chord's co-director Tracy) will co-host the show with Common Chord, and special guest duo Ivory and Brass will also be part of the show (husband and wife, Paul & Ruth Heinecke). The evening will include separate sets as well as collaborative tunes. This year the show will benefit Felicia’s Donation Closet. This Waunakee-based charity serves survivors of domestic abuse. A representative of FDC will be on hand to talk about their mission and services.
Special thanks to Rex's Inkeeper for agreeing to host our event this year! Rex's is a fabulous and locally famous supper club so please plan to come early and come hungry to enjoy dinner before the show. If you plan to have dinner, we recommend you call for reservations and be sure to tell them you'll be attending the concert.
